Corners were all banged up. No piece of plastic or glass in front of picture. A lot of potential in this product but just not quite there

Frame is great but it didn’t come in a box or bag at all. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift but was handed to my mom just like this, so the surprise was ruined. Was also upset because it’s a wood frame with fragile areas so for it to not be in a box or bubble wrap or literally any sort of packaging was upsetting.

I got this for my husband, we are big Aggie fans. We brought daughter to her first game last season and I put a photo of us in there. My husband hates gifts but he about cried when he opened this one!
