I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. I knew I wanted strong magnets as well as not causing damage to my door by moving around for positioning.These did not disappoint. Ordered a set of two, the instructions were pretty clear, product is light yet sturdy, and am wholly satisfied with the strength of the magnets.I used these on the inside of my metal door to hold two curtain panels. I would have no hesitation purchasing again, or recommending to a friend if their usage intentions are the same as mine.As others have stated, the black parts were not a problem for me, my door is a darker color, and the black parts are hardly noticeable.

Works great for metal doors. Magnets hold great easy to install. Look great holds well.

Great product. The magnet is super strong, attached to my metal door perfectly. By far the bad magnet curtain rod I’ve ever purchased.Installation was easy.

I purchased these to put up dark out curtains in a spare room. This worked perfectly for what I wanted. The magnet is very strong and the curtains have not slipped. Highly recommend.
