Easy setup. Headphones are very comfortable and produce great sound. Perfect sync with video and the signal reaches everywhere in my house. I strictly use them for TV and am very satisfied.

REVISED UPDATE 11/27/22---:This is my final update with both of my prior reviews below. I have revised my review to 5 stars because of the great customer service and a product that performs well. While I did have a significant issue using the optical input with the first set of headphones, which I reported below, Debbie from their customer service reached out and arranged for me to receive a new unit. She only asked me to test the new headphones and review my findings.After several days of testing with the new headphones, I can report that the new unit did not have the extreme latency problems with the optical input that the earlier version had. The optical input performed as well as the Aux input. I can now watch TV without the annoyance of having the extreme delay between the picture and the headphone sound while using the optical input. Clearly there was a technical problem with the first set. My experience with this set is that these are very good and comfortable remote headphones with exceptional customer service and useful features that do deserve 5 stars.UPDATE ---:This is an update to my 5 star review, provided below. While my review of the headphones using the AUX input and the Customer Support is still favorable. I changed my setup to use the Optical Audio Toslink input and had a problem that I could not get their technical staff to understand or correct. So, I returned the headphones after several days of emails back and forth, through their customer support.I wanted to share this issue because while the customer support is terrific, I can’t say the same for the headphones when using the optical input. Specifically, it creates an unacceptable additional delay in the sound coming from the headphones. The delay is much longer than when using the AUX input to the point of being annoying. If you are only listening to music then you won’t notice the delay. However, I connected my headphones to my TV’s optical output through an optical splitter that also fed a soundbar.The delay through the headphones was so long, compared to the TV speakers or the soundbar, that I could visibly see that the lips of the person talking starting well before the sound through the headphones and the audio stopped well after their lips stopped.I replaced the optical cable, connected the headphones directly to the TV and did a comparison between the headphones connected via the AUX input and the optical input. The delay was acceptable through the AUX input, but annoying long via the optical input no matter what I did.So rather give these headphones a 1 star update I felt that it is possible that I had a bad set or that I am super critical when watching TV. Since I could not get the problem addressed by their technical folks, I settled on a 2 start as a warning to other buyers that might want to use the optical input.Prior review below----I've had the headphones for a week with constant use. The headphones are comfortable, but on the smaller size. They just about fit over my ears. My setup is very simple the AUX input of the headphone transmitter is connected to the output of my receiver. I have a hearing deficit so I'm not the best person to evaluate their sound quality. However, the volume is more than sufficient for my needs. They worked right out of the box and have worked flawlessly since.My biggest complaint is the instruction manual, while my greatest praise is their customer support. In my opinion the headphones are a solid 4 to 4 1/2 starts. What swayed me to a well deserved 5 stars is their customer support who reached out after I bought them to provide a link to a video that explains in real English how to hook them up and use them. They also reached out to see if I was having a problem setting them up.I'll report back if there is a change over time. For now, I don't think you can go wrong with these headphones.

Got these headphones after using the MS890s for a few years, which I like a lot for their low price and solid quality (comfort, battery life, usability). These headphones improve on some areas, but there is a tricky part you may want to know about when charging: You have to move headset in dock until it fits into place, and the light turns red. It will turn green when it finishes charging, but a green light at the start indicates a failed connection, meaning you have to adjust the set. I should also note that it charges with a USB, rather than a standard power outlet, but it's fairly easy to find a converter.Other than that, here are the core features: - Sound quality is better than any I've tried so far. No static, very good range. - Battery life is excellent. I haven't had it run out since I figured out the charging. - There's a voice interface, which will tell you when it connects. If you hear "power on, pairing..." but not "connected", press the button on the dock. It seemed strange at first, but it's a useful feature. - It's smaller than the MS890, but it's still fairly comfortable. Should be good for travelling. - Customer service is very good. The construction looks good (better than the 890), but if anything is broken, they'll definitely help you out.
