After struggling to mount my Benro Polaris tracking head to a tripod because it would interfere with the top of the tripod, I found an article that recommended this adapter spacer.For what it is, it isn't cheap but the quality is excellent - made from metal, not plastic, is easy to attach to the tripod and now ensures that the bottom of the Benro Polaris doesn't contact the top of the tripod.Would recommend this product.
