Habe dummerweise nun schon das 2. Geräte bestellt. Beide sind gebrochen!!! Ich wiege noch nicht mal 80 kg. Absoluter MüllMuss leider einen Stern vergeben, da ich die Bewertung nicht versenden kann.

Es bastante bueno para ejercitarse y lo que no me gusta es el ruido aunque no es muy molesto , cada semana lo entrado y hace que no sea tan molesto

OK, some are making complaints about this item - But none from me. This is a sturdy and heavy construction piece of kit, The hip movement exercise is an additional benefit (created by the varying angle of the foot plates) Take note - the inbuilt adjustor is applicable to the depth (range) of the step NOT the pressure. This item is not suitable for those recuperating from injury or those over-weight. It's a good standard piece of kit for those of average weight looking for an indoor stepper with a good SET pressure at a reasonable price

l'article correspond a la description, mais est très peu "twistté"les steps sont quasi droits alors que je m'attendais/espérais un peu plus d'angle comme sur d'autre modèles que j'ai pu essayerl'appareil semble cependant robusteles elastiques pour les bras sont plus accessoires et décoratifs qu'utiles mais ce n'etait pas l'objectif de cet achat

Lo step arriva già montato e completo di corde, devo dire che il suo utilizzo è molto piacevole, dato il movimento “obliquo” e non completamente verticale come i classici step. Ciò rende il movimento meno impattante per la schiena e le articolazioni, il livello di fatica è regolabile, ma consiglio di lasciarlo al massimo per avere dei risultati in termini di rassodamento. Utilizzabile tranquillamente per 30 minuti.
