I was very disappointed that the diary is for 2024. How do I get a replacement? Unfortunately I wrote in it before I realised it was for 2024.

I was very wary about buying this product, cos I always use leather. But I thought as it was a Filofax, it would be okay!!The material is a synthetic leather / plastic. It does feel more like plastic and I don’t think it is a very good substitute or impression of leather. It has an altogether different feel.It has a pop/push button closing method.The metal rings inside are also larger, which I am not complaining about. I sometimes feel that I cant get enough into the smaller rings of my last leather filofax cover. But this adds to the rather heavy and less attractive feel of the whole item. The reason I had to buy a new filofax was that the rings in my leather filofax began to separate and pages fell out!! Not good!! Perhaps I should have sent it back to Filofax and asked them to fix, as the leather was still in virtually perfect condition.The pen-holders work well. See image. The ones on my previous Filofaxes have always been useless. I feel these ones are tighter and will hold the pens more securely 👍However, looking at the entire package I wonder whether I wont opt to buy leather next time and be damned with the expense. This one was really cheap compared to the leather version, which is super-expensive. But I am afraid it shows!!My final thought was I wonder how long this plasticky version filofax (I am quite surprised that Filofax even produces these!) will last for me. I am sure at some point the outside of the filofax is going to damage, whereas with my leather filofax, it was the inside that started to break first.Well I didnt have to wait long, after just 1-2 months use, it was the pop/push button part of the Filofax that failed. Utterly useless. It just pulled up out of the front cover. Almost to be expected. Seller wouldnt hear of any kind of return, swap or repayment. I wrote to Filofax. They were concerned. But finally it was Amazon who reimbursed me after they applied their guarantee for faulty goods. Thank you Amazon. You behaved with post sales problem perfection.Only buy this item if you leave it open all it's life on a surface, DO NOT purchase if you are using and carrying around with you on a day to day basis.So to summarise: purchased in March 2025: arrived mid April; mid May the front pop-button closure on the front broke!!!BEWARE!!

L'agenda è molto carina, ma è arrivata con il 2023.... considerato che siamo a dicembre mi sembra assurdo, ed era pure un regalo.....che fregatura!

Les dimensions affichées sont celles de la boite. L agenda mesure 11cm X 14cm.... sinon très joli mais du coup plus petit que annoncé
