This thing punches way above its weight.I grabbed the Jaccard tenderizer mostly for short ribs and steak cuts I wanted to break down faster—and it seriously delivered. The blades go deep, but not messy. It doesn’t shred the meat—it just opens it up perfectly to soak in marinades and cook evenly.I’ve used it on thick cuts before braising and on thinner steaks before searing. The difference in texture is legit. Even cheaper cuts come out tender and flavorful. Bonus: it shortens cooking time a bit too.Feels solid in hand, cleans up fine (I just rinse immediately and toss it in the top rack of the dishwasher), and the blades are sharp AF—so don’t get cocky.If you care about flavor and texture, get this. Makes you feel like you’re leveling up your kitchen game without trying too hard.

この商品とは違う「ジャガードミニ」という商品を持っていますが200km離れた場所から転居の時に持ってくるのを忘れてしまい取りに戻るか悩んでいましたが。そのジャガードミニが35000円するからです、しかしAmazonで探してみると全く同じ機能の物が驚きの6445円で買えてしまったことです。値段にして１／６で前の家まで取りに帰る交通費より安かったのです。

BEFORE using the 1st JACARD Meat Maximizer (Professional Meat Tenderizer) which I ordered earlier this year, I removed the blades from the handle to understand the gadget. It was impossible to replace the blades as the S/S rows of blades were not perfectly parallel. Therefore the blades could not enter the plastic guide slots of the handle. I returned the gadget and requested a replacement rather than a refund. The 2nd identical tenderizer arrived and had THE SAME PROBLEM - Blades and not PARALLEL. Therefore, this gadget is COMPLETELY USELESS. I am requesting a REFUND, even though the 'date of return' was a few weeks ago.

I have used this tenderizer on several occasions, and the difference is very noticeable in the steak. Where previously, steaks have been tough, and have become treats for the dog, since receiving this marvellous tenderizer, I have not had a tough steak. I am impressed with the sturdiness of this unit, and its ease of use. It has a good “heft” to it, and feels comfortably solid in my hand.

Top Gerät. Ich kenne die anderen Zartmacher nicht, die werden den gleichen Effekt haben. Das Säubern ist hier aber gut gelöst und macht eventuell den Unterschied. Die komplette Messereinheit kann einfach nach oben herausgezogen werden und abgespült. Ebenso der untere Teil, der einfach seitlich über die Klingen geschoben wird.Durch den Druck, den man ausübt, wird das Fleischstück auch flacher. Man kann Fleisch ziemlich platt machen und dementsprechend viel breiter, also nicht denken, dass hier nur sanft ein paar Löchlein hineingedrückt werden.Saftigkeit und Biss rechtfertigen aber die Anschaffung, besonders wenn man gerne mariniert oder mit Lake arbeitet.Umsetzung und Haltbarkeit des Produkts machen den Mehrpreis aus. Wer es oft benutzt, kauft hier das Richtige!

Das "Jaccard Simply Better 45 Knife Meat Tenderizer With Removable Cartridge" ist robust, groß und funktioniert einwandfrei! Es tut was es soll im großen Stil. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen!
