I had a large soup maker before which I found did way too much soup and I am not a fan of freezing soup, I had had it a few years but when it broke I started looking for a smaller one, saw this and bought it, I am really impressed with it so far.The soups have been really nice and takes minutes to prepare, and its freshly made each time, the best function is the self clean, amazing.

Excellent!So pleased to have purchased this. It is important for me is to have a truly smooth soup. One without any little bits in it.I have now made a few vegetable soups (with Almond flakes) and the results are completely blended and smooth. - no stings of fibre, no little lumps, no bits at all!Very easy to use. Highly recommend.

Perfect for one person, I through any leftover veg in & have a homemade soup 19 minutes later! really quick & easy to use & easy to clean. Makes just enoygh for 1 small serving.

I can't use in this review the words that describe accurately just how awful this device is but consider them said. 24 minutes for soup, you think? But how about 45 minutes afterwards, for cleaning up the burnt-on residue at the bottom of the soup maker, which the cleaning cycle didn't even touch and which you have to scrape off with the brush? And just the top few bristles of the brush, as the side ones are no help in this. And how would you then clean that brush? 45 minutes of frustration, and I couldn't get this soup maker to look clean. So, the true time cost is 69 minutes, plus ingredient prep, plus immense frustration. When the blade sliced my finger as I was trying to clean off the residue at the bottom, I gave up and requested a return. A few paltry tablespoons of soup aren't worth that much aggravation. As for the cost of £49, if I were given this soup maker for free, I wouldn't take it. An awful device, truly awful.

300ml Single Serving Justme Small Soup MakerOrdered: 25th November 2023Delivered: 27th November 20231st Soup Made: 28th November 2023Coconut Chicken & Prawn Soup.First part was lovely, but got gritty as I got to the end. Will try again - just without the prawns.Cost: £48.5048.50 ÷ 2.00 = 24.5048.50 ÷ 1.80 = 26.94At £2.00 for Chunky Soup and £1.80 for smooth in my local supermarket it will need to make 25 -27 soups to pay for itself.Been thinking of making my own soup since I noticed that the selection in my local supermarket isn't all that good anymore. Since I get dizzy spells cooking for too long over a naked flame isn't the safest option - especially if I'm home alone. So I thought I'd take a look at soup machines.As I've never made soup before I thought it was a little pricey for something just for me, but as I love soup I thought I'd give it a go. Especially as I also love stir-frys, and they're not a safe option when home alone. I've noticed that by the time I get to the end of the bag of stir-fry veggies they're wilting. Not anymore with this machine. 1 cup of mushroom stir-fry veggies, 1 cup of pre-cooked chicken - making sure everything is chopped small, add some Hoisin Sauce and Chinese Five-Spice to the hot water, pour into machine. Choose your setting - I used smooth first and got a lovely smooth soup. Then I used the same recipe and used the chunky mode and got a lovely chunky soup that I enjoyed even more than the smooth.I'm really looking forward to making many different soups over the winter - including Chinese Chicken and Mushroom again.Bonus for me are the two other features this little machine has:1. Smoothie Mode: I love smoothies and I'm looking forward to trying out this mode.2. Clean Mode: I just love that it cleans itself while I'm eating. Saves so much time.Would I recommend? YES.It's simple to use.Within 30 minutes you've a hot, healthy meal.It cleans itself while your eating. Saves your time and energy.It's light weight and is easy to store away.It looks good if you wish to give it a home on your counter top.It's just what I needed and I love it - so even at the price I paid, its already paid for it's self.
