Der praktische Glasdeckel ermöglicht ein energiesparendes Garen. Die Töpfe in schwerer Qualität sind sehr robust und leicht zu reinigen. Zu jedem Topf gehören ein Paar Thermogrips, welche es ermöglichen, diesen auch nach dem Gebrauch im Backofen, gefahrlos und ohne sich zu verbrennen zu transportieren. Die Griffe sind backofenfest bis 180°C. Die Töpfe der Serie Leipzig sind nicht induktionsgeeignet.

Comperata in sostituzione di. altra identica pentola della stessa marca, che ho usato per 10 anni. Comin ciava a rovinarsi sul fondo e quindi ho preferito sostituirla. Ne ho comperata una della stessa marca in quanto ho veramente potuto constatarne la buona qualità e la resistenza negli anni (!). La consiglio veramente.

1 kg Braten kein Problem. Bratergebnis sehr gut. Nur die Griffe werden unglaublich heiß. Wollte den Topf nur beiseite schieben und hab mich heftig verbrannt. Es werden aber Topflappen in der Größe von Waschbärenohren mitgeliefert.

Leichter Topf aus Aluguss mit Beschichtung. Nichts bleibt kleben und ist leicht zu reinigen.Achtung! Nur mit Holz-, Silikon- oder Plastiklöffel arbeiten, nicht in den Geschirrspüler geben undstets Topflappen benutzen! Griffe werden heiß!

Der Topf ist von der Qulität her überzeugend. Es gibt viele in dieser Art, aber der Top ist gut verarbeitet, robust und hat eine harte Oberfläche die nicht sofort verkratzt. Nettes Gadget die Topfläppchen, wie süß ;o)

Relativ leichter Topf mit sauberer, haltbarer Beschichtung und ebenen Boden. Gute Wärmeverteilung und lange Wärmespeicherung. Besonders geeignet auch für den Gasherd.

I have a few pans now from the Karl Kruger / CS-Kochsysteme range and they're all good quality and cost surprisingly little (they were all sold at special offer prices, luckily!). This pan is no exception. I paid only 4.80 for it, which is ridiculous given what a nice pan it is! I underestimated the dimensions of it and it's BIIIG, large enough to hold about 8 good sized portions of risotto, say. I think it's cast aluminium (all the labels were in German) and has the look of cast iron but without the arm buckling weight, although it's still substantial. It's non-stick and has a glass, vented lid. The handles are cast aluminium, just like the rest of the pan, and no doubt will get fairly hot when cooking but, unbelievably, my pan even came with thermo grips for the handles, to get around that! My pan arrived in a huge brown box, inside which was another big brown box, inside which was the pan which was bubble wrapped but there was a lot of room inside that box and I think it's because of that that the metal rim on the lid of my pan is very slighted dented but that's OK because it still fits absolutely fine. I can't recommend this pan enough!UPDATE: I made a big batch of risotto in this pan yesterday (enough for about 7-8 portions) and am even more impressed now! The pan is totally non-stick so cooking with it was a breeze. Also, it's so big that my risotto only filled about half of it, which was nice because that meant there was no overspill and no splatters on the cooker so when I'd finished cooking not only was the pan super easy to wash up but the cooker was nice and clean as well! I love my pan. :-) P.S. Even though this pan is now priced at over £40 it's worth every penny because it's lightweight yet sturdy, capacious, VERY non-stick, it cooks everything so well (and the lid is vented), plus it's a breeze to wash up afterwards as any food residue glides right off it! What more could anyone want from their cookware?!
