Das Gerät war schon mit Batterien ausgestattet. Danach ging es sofort los. Kappen ab, angemacht und sofort ins Holz gegangen. Wunderbar, er zeigt Werte an.Empfehlung

My husband loves to burn wood over the winter. and a lot of it. So he cuts down trees and tests the moisture before making fires with this tool. Works great! Has different tree type settings, etc

Funktioniert, nur ist es oft etwas schwierig beide Kontakte gleichzeitig auf zulegen, gerade wenn man etwas von unten messen will.

Soweit alles in Ordnung.Man muss halt die Holzsorte, die zu messen ist eingeben, bzw, einen Buchstaben.Die Holzarten sind hinten aufgeführt.Schade, dass keine Deutscheübersetzung bei ist.Und es werden definitiv verschiedene Werte bei den unterschiedlichen Holzarten angezeigt ..Um zu wissen ob mein Brennholz trocken ist, völlig ausreichend.Ob 8 oder 9 Prozent.

Ich habe dieses Holzfeuchtemessgerät zum zweiten Mal bestellt, aus dem Grund weil ich mich von meinen Mann getrennt habe. Sehr schnelle Lieferung, tolle Verpackung, super einfache Bedienung wenn man mit Holz zu tun hat. Würde es jederzeit wieder bestellen.

Um die Feuchtigkeit in der Wand beziehungsweise vom gespaltenen Holzfeuerholz zu messen, habe ich mir dieses Gerät angeschafft. Es werden diverse Holzarten angegeben, die man messen kann. Das Gerät ist einwandfrei. Ich kann es weiter empfehlen.

This is a great product for testing the moisture in my firewood. I know if it's ready to burn or needs to season longer. I would highly recommend this.

Construction:The meter is small, compact and fits easily in one hand. The bottom is wrapped in a grippy rubber-like material to make it easy to handle, even with one hand. The cap needs a little bit of force to pop off but you won't run any risk of poking yourself on the pins because there are 2 tiny rubber pin covers on there. The screen is small but has good backlight and easy to read. Love the carrying case, makes it easy to lug around and it's protected.Calibration:The calibration is very easy on this meter. The screen shows the temperature and you press the right button to choose one of 16 different types of wood. Once you choose wood "A", you take the cover off, which has 2 tiny little holes you stick the pins in and you can take a reading. Using this, you can calibrate the meter without any external device or wood, which is very convenient.Function:First off, the sensor is VERY sensitive. The meter is immediately responsive even if you barely touch anything with the pins and it updates up and down very fast. You don't need to jam the pin too far into the wood to get an accurate measurement, just enough to allow the meter to settle the value. You can then "lock" the reading in place to take a closer look at the measurement without the pin being inside the wood.All in all, I'm very happy with this meter. I tested the wood in my garage as well as new siding of my house and I've never used a moisture meter before. The instructions are clear and the device is very user friendly.
