Ihr Warenkorb ist leerThis is Plated Wear Resistant Nozzle for Creality CR-10S Pro and CR-10 MAX Original hotend only. It has fine M6x.75mm threads. Nozzle is made from a 360 brass base material and plated with TwinClad XT coating. TwinClad XT is a nickel composite coating designed for very low friction. It offers one of the lowest coefficient of friction, better than nickel with PTFE co-deposit. The TwinClad XT coating is also very hard and abrasion resistant. If you are working with abrasive Carbon Fiber, Stainless Steel, wood filled or any other metal filled filaments, this will greatly improve the life of your nozzle.

Perfect replacement for my printer which has a different thread than the standard nozzle.

I would highly recommend this nozzle to people looking to replace or upgrade their original nozzle.Remember to check your Z height if you're having issues immediately after the swap, and don't be afraid to adjust this setting. After performing this adjustment the nozzle printed flawlessly!

First off, when I bought my CR-10S Pro, I had all kinds of problems with flow, layer-alignment and rough surface finish. The Creality supplied nozzles were absolute JUNK!So, after reading the reviews and YouTube videos, I decided to call Micro-Swiss and they patiently listened to my problem-story and told me they were confident their nozzle would make a big difference. So, I ordered one off Amazon because I could get it even quicker.Well, I was stunned! It fixed ALL of my problems! I had super layer alignment, the surface finish had an optical-sheen that I had never seen before; and my flow percentage was reset to 100% giving me now correct object dimensions. I will never use those cheap brass nozzles again after going through 3 of them!Anyway, I purchased this nozzle in 2019 and it is now 2022 and it is still perfect!I recently bought a 0.2mm to make super-miniature parts and it works just fine as well giving incredible detail!Finally, they are well worth money and you won't have to wonder if your nozzle is the problem or 'on-the-way' out!

Bought this to replace the stock brass nozzle for a CR10s V2 Pro. Main reason for buying was for printing Carbon Fibre filament and apart from some minor stringing I would say so far so good (using Ziro filament). I was under the impression that CF filament was prone to stringing but I would say the problem is minimal and easy to clean up (pulled of with fingers rather than cutting). Using my Cura profiles for other materials I have increased the extruder temp by 10 degrees (based upon general consensus online) and apart from TPU I have noticed a massive reduction in stringing. Have done several prints using Ender PLA and Eryone PLA+ and more than happy with results (no stringing on most prints).
