Verwendungs- und Wartungstipps
1. Bevor Sie die neue Maschine verwenden, spritzen Sie bitte pneumatisches Werkzeugöl ein und spritzen Sie etwa 4 C.C in den Lufteinlass. Nach kontinuierlichem Gebrauch für etwa 3 Stunden wird auch etwa 4C.C in den Lufteinlass eingespritzt.
2. Lassen Sie die Maschine nach dem Einspritzen von pneumatischem Werkzeugöl etwa zehn Sekunden lang im Leerlauf laufen (nicht in Betrieb) und lassen Sie die inneren Teile der Schleifmaschine als Ganzes schmieren, bevor Sie fortfahren.
3. Ohne den Einsatz eines Öl-/Wasserabscheiders gelangen Wasser und ölhaltige Gase in das Innere der Maschine. Das Vorhandensein von Anhaftungen verlangsamt die Rotation der Maschine, was zu einem Mangel an Geschwindigkeit und Drehmoment führt. Daher muss Werkzeugöl in den Lufteinlass gelangen und die Maschine muss zehn Sekunden lang im Leerlauf laufen, bevor sie richtig eingesetzt werden kann.

Very good quality.This little hand held chamfering tool, makes welding preparation a dream.Simply set how much of a chamfering you need, and then it's a case of simply a case of running it along the edge of you steel or aluminium.

This is a really nice quality air tool that looks and feels great.Very well made with some great features such as a trigger lock and a choice of airline fittings which is great as I usually have to buy fittings to match my compressor but this has both types included.Plenty of bits and bearings to do a lot of work and should last a long time before needing and additional consumables.This works great for preparation before welding but also to give a neat edge on any steelwork projects.Super machine and fantastic value.
