Amazon website includes a photo that shows a charger and cable being included. I today received this camera and these items were not in the box. The flap to the battery charge point on camera is very flimsy and does not properly open, one half of a side being hinged to camera body. I have owned a Panasonic DMC-TZ70 since 2018 which came with charger/cable with the flap to battery charge point being fully hinged along one side, opening/closing easily as well as being sturdy. I am very disappointed with the Panasonic TZ99 delivered to me mainly due to the very flimsy flap which clearly is either defective on the camera sent to me or a deliberate design change. My husband owns a Panasonic bridge camera and the flap on that is identical to my current TZ70, being sturdy and functions well. I wanted an updated version of my current camera with more pixels. Neither the charging cable for my current TZ70 or the charging cable for my husband's Panasonic fits this TZ99. I am not happy with return procedure as I have to wait in from 9am to 5pm for UPS to collect from my home address although do not know what this day will be exactly and apparently UPS won't contact me beforehand to advise. If I am not at home, then return is cancelled and I have to start the return process over again. FEB 21ST UPDATE: REFUND NOT RECEIVED, INITIALLY TOLD 20 FEB, THEN TOLD 21 FEB - PHONED AMAZON AND TOLD THAT REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL 14 MARCH AND THEN TOLD IT WILL BE 13 MARCH. UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR WEBSITE. I BOUGHT THIS DEFECTIVE CAMERA FROM AMAZON WHICH ALSO SHOWED AS BEING DESPATCHED FROM AMAZON. BUYERS BEWARE OF BUYING THIS CAMERA!!!

Die Kamera ist für den Hausgebrauch ( ohne großen Qualitätsansprüchen) sicher geeignet. Allerdings ist die Lichtstärke nur für sonniges Tageslicht geeignet, das Bild wird sonst sehr grobkörnig (matschig). Die Brennweite ( 30-facher Zoom, 24-720mm) für so ein kleines Objektiv und Sensor einfach zu viel ! Die Klappe für externe Anschlüsse, einfach ein Witz, wird sicher nach mehrfachen Gebrauch abbrechen). Für mich also nicht brauchbar, geht wieder retour.p.s.: Video wurde nicht getestet, da für mich schon die Fotos nicht zufriedenstellend waren.

Di per se non è male, se ti serve qualcosa di leggero da utilizzare in viaggio o per fare un pò di street va benissimo. Quello che è inaccettabile è il software Panasonic che a dire che fa schifo gli si fa un complimento. Non li capisco questi giapponesi, si scervellano sulla parte ingegneristica e se ne fregano altamente di scrivere due righe di codice decente. Se cercate di abbinare la vostra lumix ad un iPhone vi faccio tanti auguri!

My wife and I spent a couple of hours unsuccessfully trying to connect this to our iPhones. We went to our local camera shop who also failed. On checking with Panasonic help line, they told us there was an issue connecting this camera to apple IOS, and they were waiting for a patch to be released. Returned for refund as it is no use if you cannot upload images.My refund won’t be until the 8th March which is a long time as they have the returned camera

Il y à 15 jours j'ai acheté TZ99. Après de nombreux essais j'ai décidé de le renvoyer. Les test montrent qu'il manque de luminosité et ce pour deux raisons principales : le capteur n'est pas un capteur 1 pouce et l'ouverte n'est que de f/3.3, résultat les images ne sont pas de bonnes qualité et pratiquement impossibles lors de faible luminosité.J'ai demandé le remboursement et j'ai commandé dans la foulée un TZ101 (version étrangère du TZ100) qui est le meilleur appareil de toute la gamme TZ en raison de son capteur 1 pouce et de son ouverture à f/2.8.J'ai utilisé pendant plusieurs années un TZ100 qui m'a donné de grandes satisfactions dans mes voyages. Malheureusement il est tombé et ne fonctionne plus. C'est l'appareil idéal pour les voyageurs.

Die Kamera ist sehr leicht, einfach zu bedienen ( auch wenn ich nach so kurzer Zeit noch nicht alle Möglichkeiten kenne). Fotos sind sehr gut und der Zoom fantastisch. Der Versand war sogar ein Tag schneller als angegeben. Erwarte nun noch Hinweise von Amazon hinsichtlich des Zubehörs. Welches wäre die richtige Tasche zum Schutz beim Transport ?
