Super workout mit super Qualitaet Ab Roller. Nutze in den USA, habe diesen hier auf Geschaeftsreise bestellt, weil es einfach besser als ein billiges Teil ist und meinen zuhause vergessen hatte. Wenn man richtig nutzt, dann arbeitet man alle Muskeln. Die handels passen nur auf links oder rechts, drauf achten. Das Kniepad ist minimum sonst koennte man es gar nicht nutzen, aber wenn ich unterwegs bin nutzte ich ein gutes gefaltetes Badehandtuch. Passt in den grossen Koffer, kann also auf Reisen mitgenommen werden (hatte meinen in den USA vergessen). Die schlechten Rezessionen machen was falsch. Dies ist der beste Roller. Jahre Erfahrung damit. Geht nicht kaputt, man muss nur wissen wie man es nutzt.

Super Ergänzung fürs Bauchmuskeltraining.Einen Stern Abzug für die Verarbeitung, der Roller wirkte auf mich zunächst nicht besonders vertrauenserweckend aber nach ein paar Wiederholungen war ich von der Stabilität überzeugt.

I purchased this a few weeks ago as a gift for a friend. We brought it out to the cottage, where the 6 of us took turns trying it out - it ended up being a pretty serious workout haha.Putting it together was straight forward - the two handles locked into the main "rolly" part of the unit. The handles are thick and high quality. They have a sizable section for your thumb, and are well padded with a high quality rubber. The whole unit together has a good heft to it - it feels solid, and all the moving parts feel secure, so no rattling or "give" in any of the materials.The included knee pads great, and let us roll away without burning or hurting our knees. The wide wheel helped us feel nice and secure when we were doing the exercise - extending outward, we always felt like the wheel was effectively supporting our weight. The advertised "kinetic engine", is basically a winding spring that loads up when you extend and roll out, and helps you a little bit as you're coming back and contract. It's a nice touch, that adds to the premium feel of the product.All of us were of... varying fitness levels to say the least haha. The gym goer of the group however, actually uses this exact unit at his local gym, and was raving about it. The exercise is simple, but quite difficult, and really works all the stabilizing muscles in your core - back, abdominal muscles, you name it!Really enjoyed it overall, great build quality, and I'm seriously considering purchasing one for myself now haha.

BEST AB ROLLER I HAVE EVER USED!! RESULTS ARE FOR SURE! But we need to struggle a bit in the initial days,, but as the days go we can see the results very fast! Perfect stomach fat burner and abs maker!! the metal spring inside it really helps while doing stretching ! Superior quality! Nice grip! Totally good product!
