I love the way they organized the information in this book with the artistic photographs. Treat for my plant-lover soul. I started my tiny indoor plant venture a year ago. This book is like a guide to me.

This book has so many different plant varieties. It gives detailed descriptions of everything and the photography is beautiful. I especially love that it says which plants are pet friendly.

Personally, I was disappointed. I was expecting much more detailed information.From an aesthetic point of view the book is quite ok, so if you simply want a nice-looking book with photographs of many varieties of ornamental plants and information for beginners, go ahead, you will not be disappointed. If, on the other hand, what you are looking for is something more "technical", with detailed information on the maintenance of each plant included...this book is not for you.The information it provides is generally very basic and concise. It classifies the needs of each plant in the typical, super basic, scheme of “humidity: high, medium, low”, “light: high, medium, low”, etc.As a general rule, each species/variety in the book consists of 2 pages:- One page contains a photo of the plant.- On the other page is the information they give about said species. This information takes up, in most cases, less than half the page; more than half the page is white space.In a 5-minute search on the Internet, you will find much more information about the specific maintenance of any of the plants included in this book.So, I'm not saying the book is bad per se, but depending on what you expect from it, you might find it useless.In any case, the main reason for the 4 stars is that the book arrived with damaged corners and back cover.Due to all of the above, I have decided to return the book.

O livro é lindo. As fotos das plantas são lindas. No entanto, tenha em mente que ele não é um guia completo para cuidado de plantas - as dicas são superficiais e (pelo tempo, acredito) ele está desatualizado (faltam muitas plantas que eu mesmo tenho em casa, ou seja, comuns). Vale a pena se você for um ávido colecionador e quiser adicionar um charme.

While the book is delightful and just what I wanted, 2 stars have been taken off, as the book delivered, had all 4 corners damaged, as they are bent, and torn. I imagine this is because of Amazon/the delivery process, and not the store, however, still sad considering how nice of a book it is. A little bubble wrap around the product would go a long way!

Excelentes fotografías, lo amo , las plantas que trae y sus datos son buenos. Para mi le hacen falta aún más variedades pero muy hermoso

The photos are more than whats written. Some plants are not mentioned. The photos of the plants are not concise/specific. its just artsy and nothing else. A waste of space, paper and ink.

Das Buch ist äußerst schön und macht wirklich was her. Leider versendet Amazon das Buch ungeschützt in der Verpackung, das zu Beschädigungen führen kann. Mein Exemplar kam zum Glück heim an.

Sehr einfach geschrieben und viele Bilder aber die Ästhetik dieses Buches ist einfach unübertroffen! Sehr schon! Würdr es allen empfehlen!

Die erste Lieferung war defekt, da der Bildband sehr ungenügend verpackt wurde - die Ersatzlieferung kam jedoch zügig und der Bildband ist wirklich eine Augenweide.
