Der zweite Versuch, innerhalb von 4 Jahren, diese Klappe mit Hub zu verwenden. Noch einmal neu gekauft bei AMAZON.de.Es funktioniert nicht, obwohl ich alle Anweisungen zur Inbetriebnahme befolgt habe. Die zuvor gekauften SUREFLAP-Katzenklappen (seit 2010) haben immer ohne Probleme funktioniert, auch die CHIP-gesteuerten Klappen von SUREFLAP. Wir haben immer noch dieselben, gechippten Katzen seit 2010. Jetzt ist das Problem groß, weil die Katzen sich vor dieser Klappe fürchten. Sie werden aus-/ eingesperrt. Die Programmierung funktioniert nicht. Klappe unbrauchbar. Die Klappe ist nach 3 Wochen stark verkratzt, weil unsere beiden Katzen vergeblich versucht haben, hinaus- oder hereinzukommen. Wir haben draußen Kojoten, Waschbären und auch mal andere Streunende Hunde und Katzen. Die Gefahr dieser disfunktionalen Klappe können wir nicht auf uns nehmen. Wir lieben unsere Katzen zu sehr. Entweder wir können diese Klappe zurück geben, oder ich fahre mit unserem Truck darüber. Dann ist das Thema auch erledigt.-

Die Sureflap Haustierklappe Connect erleichtert uns das Leben sehr und funktioniert wirklich gut.Die Einrichtung ist einfach, mein Kater hat sie recht schnell angenommen und die App funktioniert im Großen und ganzen auch gut, auch wenn Benachrichtigungen manchmal verzögert ankommen. Alles in allem bin ich zufrieden.

la dimension du système n'est pas indiqué si c'est la dimension intérieur ou extérieur et je n'avais pas compris que le clapet ne s'ouvre pas électriquement, c'est uniquement le verrouillage qui se fait électriquement, donc il manque de l'information pour ce produit.

Von der Idee her ganz gut allerdings für diesen Preis nicht zu empfehlen. Nach fast 8 Monaten rumschreiben mit dem Support funktioniert die Klappe immer noch nicht wie sie soll.- Sie gibt Meldungen aus wo keine kommen sollten,- Sie erkennt die Chips der Katzen nicht die dann vor verschlossener Tür stehen- Batterien halten nicht lange- Nach jedem Batteriewechsel muss die Uhr neu gestellt werden- Keine 24 Std. anzeige- Die App ist leider mangelhaft durchdacht- Das umschalten der Modi über die App ist sehr umständlich- ...Der Support will andauernd Bilder, Videos und weitere Infos anstatt einfach mal das Gerät zu tauschen.

This very fancy cat flap sat on our worktop for a couple of weeks whilst we waited for a new glass door panel to be made with a hole in it - but it was finally installed yesterday! Now (after a little bit of cajoling and training) we have a very happy and much more independent cat, with the added comfort of knowing we can keep an eye on her very much more easily than with a traditional cat flap.The app seems to work absolutely brilliantly. At bedtime last night I was able to fully lock the flap from upstairs using my phone as soon as she came in and I reopened it this morning at 6am. My son and I loved walking to school just now knowing that during that time our cat came in from being out, went out again, came back in again etc. Apparently just a second ago “An animal looked through the cat flap - Peekaboo!”. It’s good to know that whilst it’s being checked out (probably by the grumpy tabby that’s not so sure about this newcomer to the neighbourhood) no one else can come in because this is our microchipped cat’s home and safe place.I never normally write reviews but this is a very expensive product and I know I would have liked as much reassurance as possible before committing that I would be worth it. For peace of mind and ease of use so far it has to be a 10/10. Knowing we can lock the flap remotely once our cat is safe inside was the seller for us. So far, absolutely the right decision.

Nach nicht mal einem Jahr (26.4.2021 geliefert) lässt sich die Klappe nicht mehr sperren. Das ist bei diesem Preis nicht zu erwarten. Würde ich daher nicht empfehlen. Bin sauer.

Nach anfänglichen Problemen mit der Software (Katzenklappe ging manchmal nicht mehr auf) haben wir das Gerät ausgetauscht. Nun funktioniert die Katzenklappe wie gedacht.Leider ist der Stromverbrauch relativ hoch, so das wir alle 4-5 Tage frisch geladene Akkus in die Klappe bauen müssen. Mit Batterien wäre das recht kostenspielig und umweltschädlich - mit Akkus ist das aber immer noch recht nervig da man alle paar Tage die Akkus austauschen muss.Schlecht für so eine hochpreisige Katzenklappe das diese kein Netzteil mitliefert.Kann jemand einen passenden Batterieadapter für AA Batterien empfehlen der ausreichend konstanten Strom liefert damit die Katzenklappe korrekt funktioniert?

Tras realizar distintos análisis y comparar con otras opciones nos decidimos por este modelo que nos permite tener todas las funcionalidades del resto junto con el control remoto a través de la aplicación.La identificación del chip fue sencilla, así como la configuración de horarios y aperturas.El alcance wifi de la gatera es bueno, y que en nuestro caso se encuentra a unos 10 metros y se conecta sin problemas.IMPORTANTE: a tener en cuenta que si se va a instalar sobre cristal como fue nuestro caso, tuvimos que cambiar el cristal por uno con el agujero y realizado por un cristalero para mantener el aislamiento que proporciona el puente térmico.Del mismo modo, también tuvimos que adquirir el accesorio para instalación en puerta de cristal que encaja perfectamente.

Solid product with a good approach to give control via an app.However, there is quite some room for improvement and I would like to address that here.1. The cat flap has a dual scan on both sides, the animal flap only scans on the outside- why?We have a kitten that is not yet allowed to go out. On the other hand, our two elder cats can. And last, the neighbor's cats shouldn't be allowed in.2. In the app you cannot differentiate in policies between animals, why? Our youngest would need to have a more strict policy in the beginning. It would be good to have a curfew for her.I hope the concept will be further developed in the future, then it would be really powerful.

Besides a couple of small flaws I can’t recommend this product enough. I have two dogs, correction my girlfriend has two dogs, I had two problems I needed a solution for. Looking for a solution to automate and regulate access for both dogs while not allowing in the cat or other animals to enter while we were away, I accepted the challenge and with that started my research. That’s when I stumbled upon the Sureflap door. I needed app controlled and configurable for multiple pets, for that this door blew the doors off. It alerts, logs and allows you to set up a curfew. And battery life of the door is phenomenal! I used brand new Duracell C batteries and as of to date (5 weeks usage) they are still registering as full. The setup was simple and quick, the menus are very intuitive and within less than 20 min I had the door configured and both dogs rf tags added. Training the dogs to use the door was no different than any other dog door, tape it open for a day or two then use food to encourage them to go through it once the door is dropped down. Within 3 days both dogs were familiar and good to go. The only things I would change are below:Need to have multiple curfew periods to allow for more controlled access.Need to have a stronger door material as the larger dog can over power the lock and still go out even when locked.Need to have a way to confirm the pet has actually gone through the door and not just poked their head thru. A dual sensor would help with that as it could detect if the RF chip actually passed through or only passed through one side and then back out.I mention this as it does create quite a few false positives as one of the dogs loves ping her head through the door to look in then backing out.And finally, MAKE A LARGER SIZE DOOR!And yes I’m yelling that as it’s a common request on all the forums. My Italian whippet struggles to get through where of it was just a few inches larger it would be perfect. There’s no reason why this can’t be made into at least 3 different sizes. So with that, in the end I find this product to be an invaluable investment for any pet owner, especially if you ever plan on going away for a day or two. The dogs love the freedom and my girlfriend and me both love the control and data we get. Pair it up with a simple IP cam set to email on motion and you have the ultimate pet door.
