DESCRIPTION:
-This SIM800l module has a set of TTL level serial interface, a set of power supply interface. Besides, there are a set of antenna interface on this module.

Va muy bien siempre que lo alimentes con una fuente de al menos 2 A. He probado otros y no han funcionado, éste a la primera.

La Scheda non funziona bene.Per poterla usare ho studiato per tre giorni!Ha due tipi di problemi: di alimentazione e di connessione dei pins di RX/TXNon funziona se collegata, come generalmente si fa con le schede SIM900, ai 5V di Arduino.Funziona SOLO se quest'ultimo è alimentato a 9V da jack.Bizzarro che se proviate ad alimentare Arduino a 12V, nuovamente essa non funzioni.Probabilmente in sede di progettazione hanno sbagliato qualcosa e quindi la sua alimentazione è sensibilissima.L'unica libreria che si è rilevata funzionare è la GSM.hAttenzione quindi ai collegamenti dei pins TX e RX del modulo (usando tale libreria) che vanno rispettivamente collegati ai pins 2 e 3 Arduino.Con qualunque altro collegamento o alimentazione la schedina prova a connettersi alla rete GSM, ma dopo 5 secondi va in riavvio e continua tale ciclo all'infinito!SalutiEdit: dopo 20 giorni di utilizzo devo arrendermi.... la scheda NON funziona.Si riavvia di continuoIl problema sembra sempre legato come detto all'alimentazione!

Tried two of them. Power led is on for 10 secs and the unit resets. On and on.The reason been the cap on board doesn't match the datasheet for the chip.Get rid of it, solder the 1000mF with a positive leg as on the picture.Thats the only way to make it work guys.Good luck!
