Ich habe die HDD im Januar 2025 bestellt. Als sie ankam sah ich auf der HDD aufgedruckt, dass sie das Produktionsdatum Oktober 2017 hat. Mir wurde also eine über 7 Jahre alte HDD verkauft, das darf doch nicht sein! Sie war zwar verschweisst aber das ist ein sehr altes Gerät, dem ich nicht meine Daten anvertrauen möchte.

My PS4 had the “Cannot turn on PS4. Cannot access System Storage.” issue. Frustrated but hopeful, I bought this drive as a replacement. When this drive finally arrived, I watched a couple YouTube videos on how to replace the drive (super simple) and I did so. I then turned on the PS4 and it told me to “Reinstall PS4 Software”. I had to go to the PlayStation website and look for “Reinstalling PS4 Software” and the process was very simple. Make sure you have a good USB drive and computer to do so. As stated, this hard drive worked great and the process was pretty simple. Hope this helps those with the same issue!

One my usb hdd was broken because usb controller was broken and hdd didn’t have SATA interface and I couldn’t restore my data
