Please don't buy WD HDD online. The harad came in a thin plastic cover with no proper protection. Unfortunately the HDD came dead on arrival. I called the Amazon customer care the first rep gave false information that someone from WD will come on Monday between 10 and 2 pm. Next day I called around 10 to check the status to my surprise the rep told thete is no such policy and I have to call WD Tech support to lodge a service complaint. I called WD Tech support and since HDD is not working they said I need to drop off at their authorized store for a replacement. Thr place is far from where I stay and i have find a day to drop this HDD. Amazon should be helping their customer wirh a simple return or contact the seller and let the know that they have shipped a defective product and this customer need a replacement HDD.Amazon is also not supportive here. Really frustrated and unhappy

プチプチにくるまれて到着。嫌な予感はあったが、封を切ってい見ると写真の凹みキズあり・・。案の定、フォーマットできず。なんのためにパープルを選んでると思うんや、安心を買ってるのに、これはヒドイ（涙 即返品・・。メンドクサ。
