I use these to connect flight controllers (SpeedyBee and Matek) to my ELRS receivers. They work great. My only suggestion is to reverse the ground (black) and positive (red) wires on both ends of the connectors to match UART serial convention. Make sure you twist these wires together tight to reduce signal crossover and electrical noise.

I ordered 20 of these cables, one was defective. Can you spot the error?......Black and red are swapped on one end, which would obviously cause some real problems for somebody.

I needed some four pin connectors with female on both ends. Use them on the tiny LM386 amps I use on Crystal Sets I build for the kids.

I had an LCD with 16 pins that was designed to be soldered directly to a PCB. I wanted to mount it in an enclosure, which would mean relocating it away from the board. I found this to be a perfect solution -- chopped the wires at a good length, and lined them up along the 0.1" header pins et voila. Easy to cut, tin, and solder, and the dupont connectors were just right.
