Das ICUSB2322F 2-Port USB-auf-seriell-RS232-Adapterkabel mit FTDI-Chipset und COM-Speicherung konvertiert einen vorhandenen USB 1.1- oder 2.0-Port in 2 serielle RS232 DB9-Ports zum Anschließen, Überwachen und Ansteuern von seriellen Geräten. Dieser kompakte Adapter verfügt über COM-Speicherung, wodurch die COM-Portwerte nach dem Entfernen und wieder Einstecken des Kabels am Hostcomputer automatisch beibehalten werden. Das gleiche gilt für einen System-Neustart. Im Gegensatz zu den meisten USB-seriell-Adaptern verwendet dieser ein FTDI-Chipset, das zusätzliche benutzerdefinierte Einstellungen, modernste Funktionen und Kompatibilität ermöglicht, die von anderen Lösungen nicht unbedingt geboten werden. Der USB-seriell-Adapter ist kompatibel mit einer Vielzahl von Betriebssystemen, wie Windows , Windows CE, Mac OS und Linux, wodurch sich das Produkt leicht in gemischte Umgebungen integrieren lässt. 同じメーカーのICUSB2322Fを使用していましたが、9番ピンが使用できませんでした。こちらの製品は9番ピンも使用できました。ICUSB2322Fには無かった電源と送受信通信状態のLEDが各ポートに付いています。そのためにケーブル内の心線が増えたのか、D-SUBコネクタとシリアル変換ハブ(中間のシルバーの四角い箱部分)の間のケーブルがICUSB2322Fと比べて太くて硬くなっていて、USBコネクタまでのケーブルも硬いものになっているのがマイナスポイント。一番重要な安定して通信ができる点は問題なく、安心して使用できます。

This product has been a time saver. I install storage arrays for a living and these arrays have dual controllers that require a serial connection for initial setup. Being able to have a console session open to both controllers at the same time has saved me a lot of running back and forth to switch cable connections. This works flawlessly with Windows 10 Pro and has been field tested on Mac OS as well. A perfect tool for installers of equipment with serial console connections. It also works just fine with Cisco and Dell roll-over cables as well as those Compellent SC4020 proprietary serial cables.

Very nice piece of kit. Highly recommended. StartTech makes excellent gear and the FDI chips are an outstanding choice. It works reliably on Win10 x64 and has good and working drivers. COM port retention works as advertised. We have purchased several of these cables and used them for more than a year in office and EMI rich environments. No data corruption was detected like with Prolific that has faulty drivers.Remarks: What would be appreciated is perhaps a smaller size of the circuit box. There is also a bit of heat dissipation. Nothing alarming, but it is noticeable - the circuit box gets warm to the touch. Where there is heat - there is power loss. We didn't have any problems in regard to data delay or EM interference however proper testing would need to be conducted. No obvious foil or braid shielding could be observed on the RS232 wires and the circuit box which is entirely made of plastic. USB wire is likely shielded - destructive disassembly would be needed to confirm this.
